Immaculate Conception School Kindergarten students sharing school spirit!

Located in Towson, Maryland, Immaculate Conception School is a Catholic co-educational school for children in Pre-K through 8th grade. Students receive a faith-centered education in a safe and nurturing environment. The school’s goal is to intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually prepare each student for the 21st Century with skills focused on creativity, leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving. The academic vision of the school is best identified with the acronym STREAM. At Immaculate Conception School, STREAM reflects Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. A STREAM education is interdisciplinary, where lessons learned in one subject find application in another. This academic vision has resulted in ICS ranking among the highest-scoring schools with SAT10 results in the Archdiocese of Baltimore. With science and computer labs, iPads, SMART Boards, laptops, and the 'Engineering is Elementary’ framework, the ICS science and technology curriculum is cutting edge. The language arts and fine arts programs allow students to develop their individual creative expression, often with award-winning results. Honed by the Saxon curriculum, standardized test scores at Immaculate Conception, reflect a math program second-to-none. In song, service, and science, Immaculate reaches out to the community with an invitation for them to join us for the weekly school Mass celebration. Catholic identity is present in everything that the school does and everything the school represents. Immaculate Conception School’s mission is excellence!
