Saint Cletus Catholic School in LaGrange, Illinois is a vital ministry of the parish and is a part of the Archdiocese of Chicago. The faculty works together to strengthen and deepen the Catholic formation of our students in an environment that fosters academic excellence, respects individuality, and nurtures self-worth. The faculty work daily to meet the academic needs of each student. They use research based methods to deliver a curriculum that inspires their students to be lifelong learners.

The school offers an integrated curriculum to motivate students to understand the connection between classroom lessons and each student’s personal call to faith and service. The religion program helps students develop a strong sense of who God intends them to be. Students participate in masses, prayer services, and retreats. In addition, each grade level participates in a service project throughout the school year. The core academic program is supplemented with instruction in art, music, physical education, hands-on science lab activities, technology, and Spanish classes. A partnership between parents, teachers, and the community is fostered both in and outside of the classrooms.

All administrators and faculty members are licensed through the Illinois State Board of Education and actively participate in on-going professional development. Teachers have common planning time woven into their schedules to meet the ever-changing needs of their students. Saint Cletus School is committed to continuous improvement. Technology is regularly updated and a parish-wide capital campaign is underway to add a new gym and meeting rooms to this active learning community.
