The mission of Amity Regional High School is to teach all students to think critically and creatively and to develop their potential through a diverse program of courses and activities that helps them mature into productive and responsible citizens. Amity Regional High School students arrive at school ready to be educated. They come from homes and feeder schools that instill a passion for learning and a belief that an exemplary education will prepare them for life-long success. Bethany, Orange and Woodbridge parents value education and see it as the core foundation upon which they raise their children. During their time at Amity High School, students are expected to hone problem-solving skills, be physically active, socially and emotionally aware and demonstrate a positive sense of community. Students volunteer countless hours to charitable organizations, conduct advanced research at top universities, demonstrate a willingness to think creatively and be innovative both in and out of the classroom. They embody the "3As" that unify our district: a dedication to academics, the arts and athletics. Upon graduation, Amity Regional High School Students are community minded problem-solvers who continue their education at the most competitive colleges and universities in the world and are aware that they have the capacity to make positive change in the world. They have learned that perseverance, creativity and focus will assist them in achieving their dreams.
