Los Molinos is a community of dedicated staff members, involved parents, and students who always strive to achieve their highest potential. From the moment you step onto our campus, Wildcat pride is evidenced by the actions and behaviors of all stakeholders. Teachers work collaboratively to ensure academic success for all students and use technology-based data management systems, and web-based instructional programs to support student learning. Our teachers are devoted to developing positive relationships beyond the classroom and to helping children succeed as 21st Century learners. "We believe in our students and will do whatever it takes for success!" Student success is largely dependent upon the level of parent involvement that we are afforded by our community. Our PTA is committed to financially supporting academic and enrichment programs throughout the year. We host an annual Fall Festival, Santa’s workshop, family nights, dances, multicultural events and much more. Students learn through hands-on experiences in our Organic Garden, where learning and growing go hand in hand. The support from parent volunteers allows us to host motivational literacy activities such as book fairs, grandparent reading events, and summer reading challenges to promote wide reading of various genres to engage young readers. We are not just an elementary school, we are a family! Los Molinos is a safe, academically challenging, and supportive learning environment for all students. With the belief that rigor, relevance, and relationships are the key to success, Los Molinos proudly provides the Wildcats with the richest educational experiences possible.
