National Blue Ribbon High School Receives High Marks in National Ranking

The Middlesex County (NJ) Academy for Science, Math, and Engineering Technologies, a 2013 National Blue Ribbon School, has received Gold Star status in U.S. News and World Report’s 2014 ranking of the best U.S. public high schools for the second year in a row. Read local coverage of the Academy’s honor.

Of more than 19,000 high schools profiled by U.S. News and World Report, the Academy was ranked the fourth best high school in New Jersey and among the top 110 high schools in the country.

The Middlesex County Vocational and Technical School District, the first county vocational school district in the nation, hosts seven career and technical education institutions; its Perth Amboy Vocational School received National Blue Ribbon School recognition in 2012.
