Edith A. Bogert Elementary School is a special place for children to learn and grow. Recognizing that all children are unique, we work to meet children's distinctive academic, social, and emotional needs. Through a variety of individualized programs, a focus on longitudinal data, and by constantly seeking student feedback, teachers are able to target their instruction to appropriately support all learners.

In addition to a strong instructional program, we are proud of our exceptional learning environment. State-of-the-art STEM labs provide students with adaptive learning spaces that allow them to use the engineering design process to discover and create. An outdoor team building course helps students develop self-confidence and leadership skills. Our technology program includes a 1:1 initiative, whereby every child receives a Chromebook to personalize learning. By using the Substitution, Augmentation, Modification, and Redefinition (SAMR) model to develop engaging lessons, teachers are able to transform learning objectives to help students learn in ways that were not previously possible.

The Bogert staff is comprised of passionate professionals who are dedicated to seeing each child succeed and grow. We have a family-centered approach to recognizing the importance of parents as our partners. Bogert is also fortunate to have the support of various parent and community organizations who work with the teachers to provide unique and memorable learning opportunities. However, what ultimately makes Bogert School such a special place is the outstanding teachers, the students who try their best, and the community who embraces the mission of the school.
