Shared Learning with support and collaboration.

Perryville Elementary is a school rich in history and tradition. Our school started in 1915, and our mission to educate, nurture, and foster a love for learning hasn't changed. At Perryville Elementary we do our utmost to provide an optimum learning experience for our students. Our school works hard to provide a family type atmosphere in which our students will be comfortable. We pride ourselves on the positive approach that we take with our children as we model positive attitudes and motivate our students to create an exceptional school. Over the years, Perryville Elementary School has become a school of which our community and parents are proud and we will continue working hard, meeting new challenges, and keeping up with the latest trends in order to meet and exceed those expectations.

We continue to be successful because of our intentional focus on students, and commitment to instruction of rigorous standards. Each class period begins with learning targets, and ends with a formative assessment to assess each student's level of understanding. Enrichment or intervention is immediately planned based on the individual student's daily formative assessment. With a highly-qualified staff to help Perryville's children achieve, we believe that all children can be successful. We also believe in research-based programs and district created curriculum, where we continually strive to ensure all students reach proficiency in every aspect of their educational experience. Our goal is to reach proficiency for every student and with the partnership of a wonderfully supportive community Perryville Elementary will achieve this goal.
