Sope Creek Elementary School, home of the Soaring Eagles, is a pre-k through fifth grade elementary school in Marietta, Georgia. Stewardship, citizenship, and leadership are the life skills that drive our quest to prepare our nearly 1,200 students for the exciting future that awaits them.

Sope Creek Elementary is known for innovative learning, high expectations, and great family involvement. On any given day, you will observe students highly engaged with an integrated curriculum developed through interdisciplinary connections and an emphasis on STEM instruction. Our students willingly and enthusiastically embrace real-world challenges with a collaborative spirit, creative energy and critical thinking.

Sope Creek Elementary employs some of the most dynamic educators in the country. Our teachers and staff are dedicated to the Professional Learning Community (PLC) process to ensure that every student reaches their highest potential. Our teachers are fully invested and whole-heartedly believe in data driven decision making. That investment, coupled with deep and meaningful relationships with parents and our school community has truly allowed our students to soar.

Sope Creek students consistently rise to high expectations academically while demonstrating grit, perseverance, and integrity in the face of challenge. Our thoughtful stewards, kind citizens, and well-rounded leaders are on their way to being the world changers we expect them to be.
