College Park Elementary School has created a "Community of Learners" leading to an outstanding educational experience for all students. We are privileged to be a part of the Village of Greendale where children and schools are supported and valued. Our district's mission challenges us to develop leadership, creativity and educational excellence for all learners in partnership with students, families and the community. Multiple opportunities for learning develop each student’s unique abilities and help them achieve success and contribute positively to society.

College Park's success is achieved through including each member of our school community, families, staff, and students, in decision making. The opinions and ideas of each group are included in the creation of yearly goals with progress measured throughout the year. A collaborative problem solving approach ensures each child's individual needs are met. We believe that 100% of our staff are here for 100% of our students each day.

All community members are passionate in the work they do and staff enthusiasm motivates students to give their best and stretch themselves as learners. Families feel included and supported by our welcoming attitude.

Teachers committed to working together provide a great model for students as they learn to develop collaboration skills. Yearly themes (based on the attributes of a Greendale student: communication and collaboration, citizenship, critical and creative thinking, character and personal wellness) are integral in our character development. Through the commitment to creating and sustaining a supportive community focused on learning, our students meet and exceed academic goals.
