Saint Katharine Drexel- Embracing Leadership, Love, & Legacy
Saint Katharine Drexel Regional Catholic School (SKD) is an elementary school formed by two legacy schools, Assumption B.V.M. School in Feasterville, PA and Saint Bede the Venerable in Holland, PA.
Located on the campus of Saint Bede the Venerable Parish, SKD students meet and exceed National Blue Ribbon standards with the goal to graduate students who possess knowledge and skills needed to work in the 21st century and foster the values rooted in the Catholic faith. Each year SKD graduates earn a significant amount of academic scholarships to Archdiocesan and private high schools. Not only does SKD empower its students to be critical thinkers and creative producers, they also provide a one-to-one learning environment where each child is paired with his/her own technology device to ensure that he/she is motivated, engaged, and interested in learning. SKD recognizes the critical importance that technology plays in teaching tomorrow's leaders.
SKD advances its mission each day to provide a transformative education steeped in academic excellence to its deserving students. In the words of the principal, "SKD is not just a school, we are a family. There is no greater investment for forming our future leaders and saints than a Catholic education at SKD."
