Westwood Elementary School - Stillwater, OK

Westwood students hard at work learning, having a great time!

Westwood students hard at work learning, having a great time!

The Westwood Elementary School community is family. This family is composed of precious children, exceptional staff, and supportive families. We are blessed to reside in a community that values education. We strive to ensure every student achieves at the highest level, while remembering that valuing students and ensuring a great experiences at school are just as important.

Just as family describes the relationships within our school, the word excellence describes our performance. Excellence is a part of the culture of our school. Whether it is our students, staff or parents, whatever their hands are put to within our school, excellence always seems to be the outcome.

Our school has always had great achievement, and it has gone to new heights over the last few years. It is no easy task for a high achieving school to move higher as the margin for growth gets smaller. However, we have done just that at Westwood. We have been committed to ensuring all students are challenged, receiving the instruction they need to learn at their highest levels.

Our school song may summarize us best...
We are the Eagles, we are the best,
Friendship and kindness above all the rest!
We are the Blue and the White, Westwood Eagles unite,
'Cause Westwood is Number 1!
