Paddock Road Elementary, is part of the Westside Community Schools in Omaha, Nebraska. The enrollment of 270 includes students in Pre-Kindergarten through sixth grade, and results in an average class size of 18 students. Paddock Road is a Title 1 school with an economically diverse population. Paddock Road's certified staff ranges in experience from 3 to 35 years, with seventy-five percent having a Masters Degree. Paddock Road is a 1:1 iOS building, and has been for 3 years. As of fall 2017 all students that attend Paddock Road have access to an iPad Air.

The mission of Paddock Road Elementary is to ensure a program of academic excellence that serves the unique needs of all learners in a positive instructional atmosphere where students are actively involved and supported by staff, family and the community. The staff and leadership of the school have high expectations for all students; academically and behaviorally. The school uses its daily schedule as one opportunity to embody its purpose. Third through sixth grade teachers use I/E (intervention and enrichment) time to actively involve students in their learning through passion projects. Teachers also collaborate with support staff to best meet the needs of all students through small group intervention or enrichment. Additionally, Paddock Road uses a strategic plan process to establish goals and monitor progress towards these goals. Each certified staff member is a member of a working group to develop ideas for improvement and development towards our strategic plan.
