Central Catholic High School is a comprehensive, coeducational, four-year high school with a college-preparatory emphasis within a Christ-centered environment. Central Catholic students acquire 21st century skills and graduate as college-ready young men and women. We are the highest ranked school south of the Chicago suburbs in the Washington Post's "America's Most Challenging High Schools" index. Our success on the field of play is matched by our students' work in the classroom. Over the past two years, every one of our athletic teams has achieved the Illinois High School Association (IHSA) Team Academic Award for achieving a 3.0-grade point average during their season of play.
