The Connect Charter School - Pueblo, Colorado

The Connect Charter School is one of the finest middle schools in Colorado. Our students' performance on state and national assessments has been exemplary for many years. Our engineering students (S.T.E.M) are regular regional winners. Our National History Day teams produce regional and state champions. This National Blue Ribbon School recognition celebrates our students' academic efforts, their great character, and their commitment to service. We model what can be achieved when passion and purpose are focused on the whole child.

The Connect Charter School is an essential school with talented teacher generalists and a strong emphasis on research, writing, and speaking skills. Our exhibition projects, Socratic seminars, and writers' workshops prepare our students for today and tomorrow's world. Our strong mathematics, science, and social studies programs are hands-on and encourage the application of knowledge and collaboration at the highest levels. Our location in the center of our city affords us the opportunity to incorporate a city as campus philosophy. Our city as campus program provides experiences involving citizenship, community service, citizen science, the arts, civics, and culture. Our presence adds to the health and vitality of our city.

Our academic programs artfully blend traditional academic skills with the depth and focus of an essential school. Our leadership and life skills classes enrich and build the whole child. The Connect Charter School is a place where students thrive, teachers grow, leadership excels, and smiles abound.
