Hampton High School is a high achieving secondary school located in the Greater Pittsburgh Area. Hampton students are supported by a community that maintains a positive, progressive, caring attitude focused on benefiting students academically as well as personally. Through partnerships with local universities and career and technical centers such the University of Pittsburgh, Carnegie Mellon University, and A.W. Beattie CTC, Hampton students are exposed to rigorous academic course offerings and technical programs that prepare them for future endeavors.

Hampton High School was featured on Edutopia's "Schools that Work" website for the teachers' and administrators' commitment to integrate performance-based learning opportunities for all students. Hampton students pride themselves on having a component of real-world application in all of their classes, which helps them identify the relevance of the content knowledge and skills being taught at a rigorous level. In every classroom, students are exposed to questions that afford them the opportunity to think flexibly and interdependently, and to communicate ideas with passion and clarity. This foundation supports all of our students in becoming creative and innovative problem-solvers and communicators.

Principal Dr. Marguerite Imbarlina strongly asserts that, "Our students' success is a direct reflection of our supportive community and solid K-12 academic program, which includes all current and former educators, support staff members, and administrators from across the district."

Hampton High School boasts a 99% graduation rate and prides itself on ensuring that every graduate is prepared for the myriad of possibilities in the modern world. "One school district...one community...one vision."
