Valor Christian High School is an independent college-preparatory school located in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Valor stands firmly behind our vision to prepare tomorrow’s leaders to transform the world for Christ while maintaining the high standard of pursuing excellence in all. After opening our doors in the fall of 2007, Valor has experienced unprecedented growth in a short period, expanding from 155 students to an enrollment of 920 students for the 2015-16 School Year. Our unwavering commitment to excellence is a lofty goal that requires strong partnership with parents, engagement with the local community, and thoughtful educational practices. We are committed to developing students whose educational experience provides spiritual formation, college preparedness and cultural engagement in an environment where each student is known, motivated, cultivated, and loved. Tomorrow’s leaders must be academically competent individuals who strive to change the world. Every student is intentionally embraced for their unique abilities, and motivated to be an effective learner and critical thinker who can adapt to a variety of instructional styles and learning environments. These characteristics are the hallmark of a Valor education. Valor graduates are dedicated learners, charismatic artists, competitive athletes, and service-oriented leaders who give of their time locally and globally. Valor is jointly accredited through AdvancED and the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and is a Charter member of the Council on Educational Standards and Accountability. In February, 2015, Valor received Exemplary Accreditation through ACSI - the first school in the country to receive this status.
